About the event

Fall is a perfect time to reset your health and wellness routines and strengthen your immunity. This fall join me in 2 weeks of yoga movement and pranayama breathwork classes as well as a 10-day light ayurvedic cleanse. I will also be sharing ayurvedic tips for staying balanced and strengthening your immunity, such as adding new routines to keep you warm and grounded as the days get shorter and the season shifts.

  • Monday, Oct 18, 8 AM to 9 AM: Morning Yoga  
  • Tuesday, Oct 19: Opening talk on Fall Ayurvedic Routines for this cleanse
  • Wednesday, Oct 20: Cleanse begins
  • Thursday, Oct 21, 8 AM to 9 AM: Breathe Pranayama Class
  • Saturday, Oct 23, 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM:  Morning Yoga
  • Monday, Oct 25, 8 AM to 9 AM: Morning Yoga 
  • Thursday, Oct 28, 8 AM to 9 AM: Breathe Pranayama Class 
  • Friday, Oct 29, 12 Noon:  Final Call on Carrying Your Routines Forward. Cleanse concludes.


  • Basic Fall Cleanse

    Join a cohort in a 10-day light ayurvedic cleanse. Participants will receive dietary guidelines, recipes, access to yoga and breathwork sessions, as well as daily support in a light fall cleanse.

  • Customized Fall Cleanse

    In addition to breathwork, yoga asana, and dietary guidelines and recipes for a fall cleanse, participants will receive 2 sessions with Luke Karamol to tailor guidelines for their individual constitution and health challenges.
