Joint Health Series - Tuesdays at 8 AM
Joints are essential to all movement and yet one of the most overlooked parts of the body, especially in yoga class. But this wasn’t always the case. Traditional yoga and martial arts practices dedicated entire practice series to these preliminary but foundational exercises. Why? Joints receive less blood flow than muscles, and require specific attention and intentional movement.
This 60-minute class will include exercises to stretch, strengthen, and move your ankles, hips, shoulders, neck, and more. When we increase our physical range of motion, our minds and perceptual fields likewise expand.
Core stability practices, guided breathing, and self-massage practices also incorporated.
Beneficial for all regardless of level of experience or physical condition.

Breathe! Happy Hour - Fridays at 4-5 PM
Reconnect with your breath.
Restorative yoga postures combined with tools to understand the biomechanics of breathing as a means to develop healthy patterns. Infuse the body with calmness and strength, and invigorate the mind with the clarity of awareness.
This 60 minute class will teach you the power of breathing in managing stress, building resilience, and cultivating health.

Meditative Flow - Thursdays 8-9 am
Like vinyasa flow, but not. Follow a rhythm that supports your alignment and intentional, functional movement, all coordinated with the breath.
A practice that integrates hatha, some vinyasa flows, pranayama, and quiets the mind in preparation for a final meditation.
